Conference Venue
Location
Thursday: The board meeting (board members only) will be held in Everest lounge in the Hale House building.
Friday: The conference will be held in Hale house in both Everest lounge and Hale dining (these two rooms are adjacent to each other)
Meals
Thursday: Dinner Thursday night (please RSVP during registration) at 6:30pm at the Van Dyck Restaurant & Lounge, Located at 237 Union Street, Schenectady, NY 12305 ( a 5 min. drive from the hotels).
Note: If you have already registered and did not RSVP at the time but would like to join us for dinner on Thursday, e-mail sartiauaATunionDOTedu. (This is a "pay your own bill" event)
Friday: Breakfast and Lunch are included in the registration fee and will be served at the conference site.
Transportation
Getting There
Visit the Union College website to get directions and maps for getting to Union by plane, train, or automobile (or bus).
Parking There
You can park in any designated visitor lot (except for the admissions' visitor lot). Most visitor lots are also faculty/staff lots and fill up quickly. The recommended lot is located at the corner of Seward Place and Nott street, and is a 5 min. walk to the conference building: Hale House (which houses Hale dining room and Everest lounge). Parking permits will be emailed to registered participants prior to the conference. Please, print and fill out the permit which must be displayed on your dashboard to avoid a ticket.
